Sirius is celebrating our 25th birthday!
Founded in 1990, Sirius has grown over the years from a small Montreal company to become the Canadian leader in wilderness safety training and remote medical support services. Our instructors, medics and nurses live and work across Canada and in the Canadian north.
Follow us on facebook and LinkedIn to keep abreast of all our activities, courses, employment opportunities and look for our new wilderness medicine news column.
Is it time to recertify your wilderness first aid training? To review our different course options, please consult the Sirius course calendar.
To encourage our clients to keep their safety skills fresh, Sirius offers a 20 percent discount on course fees if you recertify your training within 24 months.
To organize specialized training for your organization or group, please contact our offices or use our online course organizing web form.
A reminder that you can upgrade your 40-hour Advanced Wilderness First Aid certification to an 80-hour Wilderness First Responder by taking our 50-hour bridge course.
Our upcoming Instructor Seminar will take place on February 14-15, 2015 at the Hôtel du Mont-Gabriel in the Laurentians. This annual event provides an important opportunity for Sirius instructors to stay up-to-date on current protocols and sharpen their Wilderness First Aid teaching skills.
Sirius instructors can contact the Sirius office for more details.
