    NEW: Registration fee

A minimal registration fee has been introduced this year.  In our desire to provide you with the best seminar program, we coordinate this yearly seminar for our instructor team and consider this event a great and valuable investment.  But in order to keep quality content of our speakers, we feel like this minimal 100$ registration fee will help absorb meals and lodging so that we can focus on delivering the best professional development opportunity you can dream of!
This non-refundable fee is - of course - far from the real amount we'll cover for you during your stay (because hey.... 100$ won't cover your meals and lodging for 3 days!), but it should help secure our instructors' commitment to the event and reduce last-minute cancellations, which caused us unnecessary extra costs in the past.
100$ for a 3-day seminar including lodging, food, a few drinks, a medical rallye, great speakers and a special gift?  Count us in!

  • Meals & Lodging

We have rented the entire place and we pay your lodging, food, a few drinks and all speakers and activties !
The Couvent is a place where everyone feels a little like home, in addition to having the advantages of versatility and space. With 18 rooms, a very large kitchen and a multipurpose room of 1000 square feet, everything is designed to make your stay more enjoyable.
